Small Businesses can be B-I-G business!

all the details:

  • We’ll be back Sat & Sun August 17 & 18, 10am-5pm

Our markets are held in the Dock5 space, inside Union Market DC (1309 5th St NE, Washington, DC 20002)

NOTE: OUR ENTRANCE is on the second floor in the stairwell to the rooftop, not outside along the loading dock.

  • Tickets are sold online, as well as at the door.

    • General Admission: $12

    • All Weekend Pass: $16

    • Kids 14 and under are always free!

  • Aside from feeling great for supporting small businesses, check out these perks:

    • Get a ltd-edition cotton tote bag! Each market has it’s own colors!

    • Enjoy free drinks all weekend!

    • Free DIY crafts and projects!

    • Get snapped with free Portraits with our photo booth partner BOMU!

  • From clothing to jewelry, stationary items to beauty brands, leather goods to gourmet chocolates, we’ve got it all… Check out the fill line up of Sellers and our Spring lookbook HERE!

  • What are the hours of the market? The market is open from 10am-5pm both Saturday and Sunday.

Where can I park? Union Market has an outdoor lot, and there is street parking and other paid indoor lots around the 3-4 blocks surrounding the market.

What if it rains or snows? Since 2008 we’ve held our markets indoors specifically because it offers an elevated, indoor atmosphere. Whether it’s hot outside or snowing, we’ve got you covered. Literally.

Are babies and kids free? Of course! All kids 14-and-under get in free and don’t need tickets.

Are dogs allowed? Yes, service dogs are allowed but keep in mind it is an indoor space, filled with people.

  • By choosing to come shop local, with up-and-coming small businesses, your dollars have way more impact! Business taxes go back into community infrastructure (like public schools, libraries, parks, fire stations), and as owners/designers/artists make more sales they then start to employ others and spend more on local services!

Also, simply by attending you are taking part in community and creating cultural experience, which is so important. In short, YOU ROCK!

see the fun for yourself…
